Shipping policy


All Shipping will be done through Fastway and The Courier Guy only. This includes orders, exchanges and returns. 

At this current point in time, we do not offer click & collect. All orders will be delivered to the specified delivery address. 

Pricing  

We have a standard shipping rate of R100.00 on all orders.

Delivery Days 

Our courier partners operate on business days (Monday to Friday) and do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. This means your order will only be delivered on one of their operating days 

Time Until Shipment 

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible and in a single shipment. However, to ensure faster delivery, we may need to split your order into separate shipments. If this happens, you will be notified by email. 

We strive to fulfil orders on the same day they are placed or the next business day (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. This refers to the time it takes to process and prepare your order before it leaves our warehouse. While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, any delays in fulfilment will be communicated to you. Orders placed after 12pm will be packaged and shipped the next working day.

Once your order is packaged and ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking number. In most cases, orders are collected by the courier on the same day the tracking number is issued, unless there is an unforeseen delay. 

How long will my order take to arrive? 

Delivery typically takes between 1 and 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after shipment. However, in some cases, it may take longer if there are delays with the courier service or during busy periods. If we are notified of a delay, we will contact you with further information. 

Some areas are serviced by our courier partners only once a week, which may result in additional delivery delays. We provide parcel tracking information as soon as your order is packed and ready to ship from our warehouse. If you're concerned that your area may be affected, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist 

 

If you have not received your order within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after shipment, please contact us at pickpackship@queenpets.co.za with your name and order number and we can assist further. 

Please keep in mind that we are a Pretoria based company and therefore the date of delivery will vary with Pretoria as one location, and your delivery address as the other location.
